Information for students: 

Entrance to the IE Tower will be through Av. de Monforte de Lemos, 4

In order to attend the event, you will need to make an appointment to take an antigen test through IE’s covid-19 tracer app before the day of graduation. The testing is free and mandatory for all students, even if you have a vaccination certificate.

Only tests administered by IE’s medical team are accepted. No other covid tests, certificates, or proofs will be considered.

Please note that your health passports will be turned red this week until our medical team can confirm a negative test result. For Dual Degree students, we have taken your class schedule into consideration.

Gowns: You will receive your graduation attire on the day of graduation, inside the Tower after passing the security check. The gown that you will receive is numbered, and it will be linked to your order.

Information for guests: 

In order to attend the event, all guests must take an antigen test 90 minutes before the start of graduation at our infirmary, located at the same entrance as the IE Tower. There will be a waiting area inside.

The testing is free of charge and mandatory for every attendant aged 12 or above, even for those with a vaccination certificate.  

Only tests administered by IE’s medical team are accepted. No other covid tests, certificates, or proofs will be considered.

Guests do not need to book an appointment to take their test. As the test will be done on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that antigen test results might take up to 20 minutes.
